"Brighter Future"

"Brighter Future" 9x14
Black ink, White paint, Red Watercolor
This was an interesting process. First, I painted all the negative space white, then I doused it in black ink, then washed it with water, taking off the black and the white in the places where they over lapped, and this is what i got.

"Let Nothing Stop You"

Let Nothing Stop You: 9x24
(Marker, colored pencil, pencil)
This was an interesting assignment, we had to “seamlessly combine human figure, architecture, and nature in one piece”, and so I did. This was my first experience with markers and I don’t think I did too shabby. I was actually quite proud of this piece. I got a lot of different reactions from people ranging from “its way too busy” to “I f***ing love it!!” 2009

"Charcoal Self-Portrait"

Charcoal Self-Portrait: 18x25
(Charcoal)
This one turned out better than I thought it would. I went over the shading maybe 5 times before I was satisfied with it. 2009

"Enchanted Rose"

Enchanted Rose: 12x18
(Paper)
The assignment was to use one piece of printer paper and make something out of it. Most people in the class just cut something out and were done, but I had to do way more than necessary (as usual) and this is what I came up with. I hope you like it! 2009

"Ye Olde Town"

Ye Olde Town: 11x14
(Acrylic)
Age 13, I think it’s pretty decent. Kind of plain. 2007

"Purple Kool-Aid"

Purple Kool-aid: 14x11
(Colored pencil)
Done at age 12, this piece made me hate to draw grapes. They took forever to get right. 2006

"Fluffy Puppy"

Fluffy Puppy: 14x11
(Pencil)
Yet another piece done at age 12. I think it's ugly. 2006

"Reflected Water"

Reflected Water: 18x24
(Pastel)
This is a landscape I did at age 11. I think the colors are nice. 2005

"Lots O' Rocks"

Lots o’ Rocks: 14x17
(Color pencil)
I hate this piece. Age 11. 2005

"Bridge"

Bridge: 16x12
(Acrylic)
Done at age 11, it’s a crappy bridge. 2005

"Red Shirt"

Red Shirt: 11x14
(Acrylic on canvas)
I was 11 years old when I did this piece. So pardon any crude mistakes. I was young. (And still am) 2005

"Basie"

Basie: 14x11
(Colored pencil)
This was the first dog I ever drew and it was my old dog, Basie. I was 10 when I drew this. 2004

"Age 5"

Age 5: 18x24
(Crayola paint)
I was in first grade. Don’t make fun of me. 2001
